South Brent

TMS are currently working on a project to prevent scouring of a rail crossing at South Brent.

We have been tasked to lower a section of riverbed under the bridge and import 40mm stone and grade it to form a gully through that section, once that had been achieved,

A block mattress that was laid by hand and fixed together using 8mm wire rope along the width of the bridge, to prevent scouring on the abutments and the bridge pier.
