TMS were contracted, in collaboration with Red 7 Marine, by Torbay Development Agency to install a new Shellfish Landing Jetty at Oxen Cove, Brixham in 2019. Whilst Brixham is currently the most important fishing port in England and Wales when measuring value of catch landed, the Shellfish Jetty was commissioned to meet growing demand from the expanding shelfish industry locally.

Isle of Man Sea Terminal

Teignmouth Maritime Services were contracted by BAM Nuttall to carry out various scopes of work at the Sea Terminal in Douglas Harbour, Isle of Man. These consisted of scour protection to the two Ro Ro ferry berths, linkspan hoist tower piles life extension (consisting of repair sleeve and denso sea shield), installing a new fender pile and repairs to previously damaged piles; and sea shield work to the three walkway dolphins that are situated within Douglas Harbour.

Saundersfoot Outfall Replacement

The existing 435m Outfall Pipe that ran across Saundersfoot Beach in South West Wales had been exposed by weather and sea conditions which had caused damage to the pipe. The damage caused meant that there was a requirement for the existing pipe to be removed and replaced by a new 289m long 355mm OD HPPE SDR17 pipe weighted into position with a combination of concrete collars & mattresses.

Devils Point Sea Wall & Footpath

For Plymouth City Council

The Sea Wall & Footpath at Devils Point in Plymouth was damaged due to the storms in 2017. The weather & sea conditions removed most of the wall within the storm and erosion and failure of the cliff started to form, causing it to be undermined and unsafe to the public. TMS were instructed to rebuild the sea wall and remove and reposition the public footpath.

Mullion Harbour Wall Repair

For National Trust

2014 - 2015

During the prolonged storms of 2013/2014, the Harbour suffered extensive damage to the historic masonry walls, inner core and granite sett pavement. Repairs were required to avoid further deterioration and to reinstate the protection offered by the Harbour wall.
